the website have to be related to the content and the text of the site so that there should be a extremely good relevancy between the design of the site and the content so that the design of the site should return the content of the site and anybody can get a clear plan about the site by just looking at its design and blueprint.

You have to create a static URLs based on dynamic URLs because if you convert a dynamic web page to a static web page there is a bigger chance that web page will be read by the search engines robots.
