Hi,
Should it be an issue if you submit every page to your site map which is generated by a script i.e. a script thats being used to search for holiday lets. - given then each page will have the same meta tags. At what point might Google penalize you for this? |

Hi Burty
You will not get penalised in the true sense of the word, for have duplicated meta-tags. However you will certainly not be doing yourself any favours either. Try to create a unique meta-title and meta-description for all pages within your site. This way you will be helping the search engines to categorise and index your pages correctly. |

Meta tags are of no use features and not treated as useful by Google Search Engine. In fact, Google gives very less significance to On-page optimization at the present time. Only one thing is must - keep your main keyword in your site's title.

Its not useful, By having duplicate tags you miss out on keywords that you can be ranking for.
